No Title
Hey folks, I don't have much to say this time. So I'm going to just give you a few short lines here.
Huirst, (that's Konglish for "first" because they can't say the "f") there's a new Konglish Quiz to the right.
Second, a website I was told about by an old college friend called, "I Am Second," is a tremendous encouragement and an excellent ministry tool. Take a few minutes and browse around the site to see what it's about and what it means to be second.
Last, I was able to do some more snowboarding this week with Nate Crew, and took some video and pics. I'll try to make something creative and post it this weekend.
That's it for today! Thanks for checking in on us!
Cory.

I can read!
I received a really nice gift from one of my students today (his mom, actually). It was from The Face Shop - you know, kind of like Bath & Body Works? So, I figured it would be something useful like lotion or body wash, which is always a nice gift.
There were several things - one was a lip gloss and one a hand cream. This was the third one:
I searched the bottle and the box for a description I could understand. The only English I could find said "The Body Shop." Helpful.
So, I took a closer look and put on my best Korean.
The top part is all Chinese. I don't have a clue.
The next part I struggled at, one syllable at a time, and although I'll spare you the whole process, went from kul-laen-jing-pom to ...
Cleansing Foam! (duh!)

Christmas Eve
We got together with some friends for a fun-filled evening after a LONG day! Most of us had to work Christmas Eve and several were leaving Christmas Day for the States. However, by the time we all got together it was a great time with friends, some strange Christmas games, and my Aunt Anita's WORLD CLASS eggnog from scratch! It is NOT Christmas without it, and I was lucky enough to find some vanilla ice cream fairly cheap (it's not as common as you'd think).
Cory had the GREAT idea of making Christmas stockings for everyone, but fuzzy red socks was the best we could come up with! Nate decided he'd try them on after cleaning out the treats inside!
Eddy helps us sing some Christmas carols.
Not the whole group, but the only pic that turned out -
